Petitioners seek bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30/30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of these petitioners. As a matter of fact, petitioners have no concern with the Pick-up van from which the alleged recovery of 619 liters of foreign liquor was made.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.
