2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 lodged for the offence under sections 85, 103(1), 123, 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The case of the prosecution is that Harendra Prasad Singh (informant) solemnized marriage of her daughter, Soni Kumari with Bablu Kumar (petitioner). Everything was fine but after a few years, tension started in the relationship due to excessive consumption of alcohol by the husband. The dispute between them took terrible form as time advanced. The petitioner and his elder sister, Kanchan Kumari used to harass

It is further alleged that Soni Kumari was beaten and poisoned to death which was reported on 12th of February, 2025 morning at 2:00 AM. The informant further alleged that he suspects that the petitioner can kill his maternal grandson.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to mere suspicion or local politics. The petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. It has further been submitted that the petitioner was never involved in such type of occurrence as alleged in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that an undertaking bond has been prepared between the parties on 12.02.2025 and just after preparing of the said bond, the informant has filed the said FIR against the petitioner due to ulterior motive and wrongful gain, photo copy of the bond has been annexed as Annexure-P/2 in the present application. Learned counsel further submits that the victim Soni Kumari died during treatment in a hospital at Danapur. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has got clean antecedent and therefore, he should be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail on the ground that there is

6. Considering the gravity of the offence which has been alleged to have been committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the present application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
