ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case No. 582C/2005, registered for the offences punishable under Section 323, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioners is wholly concocted and that the petitioners are close relative of the informant. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and it is only because of their external rivalry the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47887 of 2015 (3) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 present case has been lodged.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 582C/2005, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
