02. 08.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 05 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.

Since this is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the prayer for anticipatory bail is once again rejected with direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which strict action shall be taken against him for his arrest.

The Application is dismissed with the aforesaid observations.
