JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Brahm) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 427, 353, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner unauthorizedly entered into Electric Power Sub-Station and started abusing and assaulting the informant. During the course of assault, government papers kept on a table were also torn off and scattered thereafter the petitioner fled away.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no reason is assigned for such incident. This forged

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Krishna Brahm) P.S. Case No. 188/2016.
