The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.07.2018. He submits that in the instant case there is allegation against the petitioner that he was involved in theft of a cow.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
