1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant Mr. Rahul Kumar.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant alleges that his daughter was married to Deepak Paswan in the year 2018. It is next alleged that his daughter was tortured by the accused persons for non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry, further the deceased had given birth to a child who presently is 5 years of age. It is further alleged that on

No.28652 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/3 19.09.2024, the informant received an information that his daughter had fallen from the roof of the house and as such she died, accordingly, the informant along with others rushed to the place of occurrence and found his daughter lying dead on the floor of the house and there were marks of injury on the neck of the deceased, thus based on suspicion alleged that his daughter was killed by the accused persons.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is own sister of the husband of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is husband of petitioner no.1. it is next submitted that petitioners are living separately and they do not have any concern with the day to day life of the deceased and her husband but then it is submitted that whenever any occurrence of the nature as alleged takes place, the entire family members are implicated in a mechanical manner.
5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant also submits that he has instruction not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28652 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 3/3 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.550/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
