06. 08.07.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 06.01.2015 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 232 of 2014 pending before Sri Maushami Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (or its successor).

However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall deposit Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) per moth instead of Rs. 750/- in the Court below in favour of the Complainant. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
