4/5 The present contempt petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 24.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1005 of 2018.

A show cause has been filed annexing memo no. 2032 dated 05.05.2018 by the District Education Officer, Bhojpur, Ara by which a reasoned order has been passed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has brought on record certain documents by way of supplementary show cause which include the letter no. 1104 dated 21.09.2022 passed by the Director of Primary Education, Bihar, Patna in which direction has been given to the District Education Officer, Bhojpur as also District Programme Officer, Establishment, Bhojpur to take steps after the order passed by the District Appellate Authority as also State Appellate Authority. So far as the order of the Writ Court is concerned, this Court is convinced that once an order has been passed by the District Education Officer, Bhojpur, Ara, the order stands complied.

The petitioner has all the liberty to pursue the matter further in view of the letter no. 1104 dated 21.09.2022 before an appropriate forum.

The contempt petition stands disposed of with the
