The matter has been listed under the heading "For Orders" under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one loaded country made pistol along with one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27102 of 2020(2) dt.19-10-2020 2/2 is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-03-2020. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded country made pistol along with one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020.
