24.08.2020 Heard Mr. Manoranjan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Tapeshwar Sharma, learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Shahpur P. S. Case No. 265 of 2019, dated 02.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 307, 506 and 452 of the Indian.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegations against him are general and omnibus. Two of the persons, who are said to have been injured in the occurrence, are reported to have received
simple injuries on their person.
Some of the co-accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail by a different Bench of this Court.
The petitioner is the neighbour of the informant. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P. S. Case No. 265 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
