2. Perused the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal dated 08.04.2016. The Central Administrative Tribunal has dismissed the O.A. application refusing to grant any relief or to interfere with the process of recruitment, which was advertised and held way back in the year 2007, at such belated stage.
3. The Tribunal has done no wrong because the process
Patna High Court CWJC No.12401 of 2016 dt.09-03-2017 2/2 initiated a decade ago cannot now be looked into only to ensure selection of the petitioner when there is no clear indication as to what prevented him from asserting his right within time.
4. The writ is dismissed.
