The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 384, 386, 387, 353, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners and 20 unknown persons obstructed the informant and other police officials, as a result of which, 3-4 trucks fled away without their checking/verification and thus, caused heavy revenue loss to the government.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that the allegation is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Petitioners are neither owner nor driver of any of the trucks in question and have got no concern with the alleged trucks, but

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachati P.S. Case No. 869 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
