The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 307, 504 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case without any reason and the petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
