Petitioner seeks bail in Katihar Town P.S. Case No.339 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner. It is only alleged that he was last seen with the deceased.

In the written report, it is alleged that husband of the informant was doing job of painter. He went outside for his work but he did not return. The informant learnt that her husband had gone outside with the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2018 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.339 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
