In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 79 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 406, 420, 504, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, Meena Devi and her sister Saroj Devi have jointly taken Rs. 10 lakhs with a stipulation to execute the sale deed. The agreement was made and, later on, the sale has been executed in favour of the third party. The specific allegation has been made against the Meena Devi who is no more.

No.41114 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Manoj Kumar Singh @ Manoj Singh, Aishwarya Kumar Singh @ Munna Singh @ Ashwarya Kumar Singh and Kamlesh Singh, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No. 79 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
