That this writ application is preferred on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction to concerned authorities to grant J.P. Samman Pension to the petitioner by setting aside letter No. 621 (Home Department) Special Branch, dated 21.07.2023 (Annexure-9) by which the petition of the petitioner has been rejected by the Secretary Counselor J.P. Samman Yojana office Home Department Special Branch Govt.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6117 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 of Bihar Patna, denying the petitioner to grant the benefit of J.P. Samman Pension on Flimsy ground."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e. the Deputy Secretary Home (Special) Department Govt. of Bihar, Old Secretariat, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
