The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 135 of 2016 registered under Sections 364, 120B, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between the parties. Further submission is that the Complaint Case has been lodged after lapse of one year of the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
