Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 468, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that these petitioners are witnesses to the sale deed executed by an impersonator another accused.

It is submitted that these petitioners are only witnesses to the sale deed and deed writer has been granted bail by this Court.

However, the case of the petitioners stands on different footing to deed writer as allegation is that they identified

No.30552 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 an imposter he was not an actual person who executed the sale deed rather impersonating informant's father is said to have executed sale deed, so the prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No.156 of 2013 pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
