Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the land purchased by complainant in the year 1993 from the husband of petitioner no.2, a forged sale deed has been created by petitioner no.1 claiming execution of the sale deed of the same land by the complainant in her favour.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant submits that the sale deed claimed by petitioner no.1, is forged and fabricated document.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, as the dispute appears civil in nature, so in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Md. Khalil and Bibi Mustafi @ Bibi Mustafi Khatoon be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No.1273 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
