This is an application for quashing of the order dated 15.9.2015 in A.B.P. No. 1200/15 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gopalganj whereby and whereunder a modification petition filed on behalf of the petitioner was regulated and extension of time for surrender was not granted to the petitioner.

From the record, it seems that the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj had allowed his anticipatory bail on 1.8.2015 with a direction to surrender within 15 days. As he failed to do so, filed a petition on 15.9.2015 for extension of time which was rejected.

Considering the kind of petition that has come, it seems that the matter has become infructuous.
