The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 25 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

Recovery is from an open place which is accessible to general public.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Case No. 25 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
