The petitioner apprehends his arrest in K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 672/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and after removing cloths tried to outrage her modesty and on alarm others came. Thereafter, some quarrel took place. There is very specific allegation against the petitioner.

It is submitted that there is a counter version and no occurrence has ever taken place.

Having considered the facts that the petitioner entered into the house with intention to outrage the modesty of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
