JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 Heard Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and Ms.Rina Sinha, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46928 of 2023 with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks and seek regular bail.

3. It appears that neither the petitioners were surrendered before the learned court below nor they moved

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25621 of 2024(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and again the petitioners moved before this Court for renewing their prayer for anticipatory bail.

4. In view of the aforesaid observations, the second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
