2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.9.2021.

3. From perusal of lower court's report dated 5.5.2024, it appears that the case is fixed for prosecution evidence. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents. Petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2020.

4. Considering the progress of the trial and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected with direction to the Trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a year.
