The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Miscellaneous Appeal No. 597 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to non- compliance of peremptory order dated 24.3.2014.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition , same is allowed. Let Miscellaneous Appeal No. 597 of 2011 be restored
