2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulwaria (Shripur O.P.) P.S. Case No.421 of 2021 dated 11.11.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 B, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, the
