Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 501 of 2020 arising out of Udwantnagar (Gajraj Ganj) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 30(i) and 37(ii)(iii) of the Bihar Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 10.03.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
