This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kanti P.S. Case No. 298 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
