The petitioner seeks bail in Ara (Town) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Section 307/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-B) a /26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has come to hire a room in Dharmshala. He has no concern with the explosion of the bomb. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. In the written report it is alleged that petitioner has come to Dharmshala along with four other accused persons and gave his aadhar card to hire a room. Thereafter, informant sent

It is further alleged that one of the co-accused namely Vicky Paswan was arrested. He sustained injury from explosion. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Ara), in connection with Ara (Town) P.S.
