The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence while the informant was waiting for her daughter, the accused persons including the petitioners came on a Bolero vehicle and forcefully boarded her daughter in the vehicle. Upon which she raised alarm, but the accused persons were managed to escape from there.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32767 of 2016 (3) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. In fact the victim and the son of petitioner No.1 were in love affairs and the victim has eloped with the son of petitioner No.1. The petitioner No.1 is the mother of Rohit Chauhan and petitioner No.2 is the sister of Rohit Chauhan, with whom the victim has eloped. The petitioners are ladies On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. case No.488 of 2015 (G.R. No.3856 of 2015), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
