Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 60 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,326,307,354(B),504,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation that accused persons assaulted the informant and his wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is own brother of the informant and even the mother and father of the informant have falsely been made accused in this case. He has submitted further that the specific allegation is on

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 60 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
