1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case no.77 of 2021 (Tr. no.2317 of 2022) registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on information having been received by the informant about the accused persons that they have gathered to give effect to an occurrence, it is stated that a raid was conducted. On the petitioner being caught and searched, a loaded country made pistol with a live cartridge was recovered from his possession.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case because of his

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation in the F.I.R., the petitioner being in custody for over 2 years since 25.2.2021 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case no.77 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj.
