JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2016 The petitioner being the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted that the marriage between the petitioner and informant is admitted but the petitioner filed Matrimonial Suit No. 508 of 2015 with a prayer for divorce and thereafter the present case has been registered.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six
