JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 232 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 120B, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present case is counter blast of the case lodged by the coaccused of this case against the informant. Learned counsel has brought on record the photocopy of the aforesaid first information report by way of supplementary affidavit. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus and there is nothing specific against this petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period

No.27695 of 2017(6) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 232 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
