The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Patepur P.S. Case no. 177/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that her sister was married to Rambali Sahni and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry her sister was done to death and the dead body was disposed of. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Petitioners are neighbours and co-villagers of Rambali Sahni, husband of the deceased. They have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40677 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 177/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
