Petitioner seeks bail in G.O. Case No. 848 of 2018 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of four bottles containing 750 ml. foreign liquor from the courtyard of the petitioner.
