ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Jamui P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the copy of graduate marks sheet of the petitioner was not genuine, the petitioner is in full possession of graduate marks sheet and there is no fault on his part. The said matter is subject to further verification and the petitioner is willing to subject himself to any verification process as and when required. He further submits that the petitioner shall co-operate during course of the investigation and present himself before the court on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28795 of 2016 (4) dt.29-08-2016 2/2 being summoned at appropriate time.

Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has already been suspended and is not likely to tamper in the investigation in any manner, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J.) Rakhi/- U T
