Petitioner seeks bail in Agion Bazar P.S. Case No.20 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In the seizure list, it is mentioned that liquor has been recovered from the bush near the house of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion. He has no concern with the aforesaid liquor.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
