This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 registered under section 302, 120B, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased was accused in killing the father of the petitioner and a the petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2022. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
