The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) , 38(1), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.
