JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Naresh Roy, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner apprehending his arrest in Excise Case No. 09 of 2014 registered for the offence under section 47(A) of the Excise Act has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that falsely it was alleged regarding recovery of 20 liters of country made liquor from a hut which was not of the petitioner.
