JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S.Case No. 230 of 2018 registered on 6.5.2018 under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code, corresponding to G.R.No. 1703 of 2018, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has stated on oath in paragraph-6 of the petition that petitioner is a juvenile as per certificate issued by the Headmaster of Middle school.

Having heard both sides and in view of submission, let petitioner appear before the Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai on 12.3.2019 and the Juvenile Justice Board shall call

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78473 of 2018(5) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 for record from the court concerned and assess the age of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order.
