JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Today again, on call , a prayer is being made on behalf of the petitioner in presence of learned counsel for the respondent/ Food Corporation of India for adjourning the case. The writ petition was filed in the month of September 2011 with a prayer to quash an order issued by the Executive Director, East Zone, F.C.I. whereby the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground was rejected assigning detailed reason. After filing of the writ petition it was taken up on 27.9.2011 on which date there was non appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, on 7.4.2016 when the case was taken up, on the personal ground of learned counsel for the petitioner the case was got adjourned and today again, a prayer is being made for adjourning the case on the plea that learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to get any instruction from his client despite the fact that counter affidavit in this case was filed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.17072 of 2011 (4) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 the month of November 2015. Accordingly, the prayer for adjournment stands refused.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to non prosecution.
