Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
The accusation is recovery of illegal country made liquor and the equipments used for preparation of country made liquor. The villagers disclosed that the alleged manufacturing unit is being run by the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled when there is nothing on record to substantiate the alleged unit being run by the petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39328 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, Motihari, East Champaran.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
