Having regard to the materials collected during investigation against the petitioner in paragraph no. 59, 389 and 424 of case diary in connection with an offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and especially when her Sim of the mobile phone was found to have been used in the occurrence in question, this Court will not be inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner because if the petitioner's Sim was lost she had to give a report to police and if she had herself allowed even her driver to use her Sim, which now has been found to the main clue of her also being connected with the occurrence she cannot have granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
