Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 354, 354(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 8 and 18 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to local vengeance. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
