JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 6/ 02-11-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the instant case after enquiry cognizance has been taken under Section(s) 498-A Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, but, inadvertently, said fact has not been mentioned in the order dated 16.10.2017 by which bail application of the petitioner has been disposed off.

In view of such, in the second paragraph of the order dated 16.10.2017, it may also be read "Cognizance has been taken for the offence under Section(s) 498-A Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act". Other conditions will remain the same.

Order dated 16.10.2017 is modified to the extent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30731 of 2017 (6) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 indicated above.

Let this order be communicated to the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No.2992-C of 2012.
