2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner no.2 on 09.01.2023 and subsequently on 21.03.2023 before the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Home and

Patna High Court CWJC No.5448 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 the Director General of Police, Bihar.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner no.2 has already filed detail representations before the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Home and the Director General of Police, Bihar, the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Home is directed to call upon all the records relating to petitioner no.2 from the places of posting of petitioner no.2, issue notice to respondent no.11, who is the divorcee wife of petitioner no.2 and after giving proper opportunity to all the parties including petitioner no.1, dispose of the claim of the respective parties within a period of three months and in case, petitioner no.1, petitioner no.2 and respondent no.11 are entitled for any benefit in accordance with law, the same be paid to them within a period of three months from the date of passing of this order.

4. In the meantime, petitioner nos. 1 & 2 and respondent no.11, if they are so advised, may seek remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
