====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016 as well as Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R. I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II, cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.267 of 2018.
